Child Sexual abuse is one of those topics that people prefer not to talk about - it triggers collective shame in the general public and policy-makers alike. This compounds the toxic shame and trauma experienced by survivors and emboldens the opportunity for perpetrators - which in turn creates more abuse today.

Project Unbound are working with the specialist Irish charity, One In Four, to secure funding to convene experts from social work, psychology, law enforcement and economics to co-create a road-map for greater societal understanding, responsibility, resourcing and safe-guarding. This will alleviate the trauma and toxic change of past child sexual abuse and strongly reduce the incidence of current and future abuse.

We are looking for courageous collaborators from multiple sectors to help resource this shared conversation and road-map for systemic change to limit the damage of child sexual abuse as experienced in the past, the present and the future.
